We needed to euthanize our 18-year old cat with last minute notice since our vet couldn't do it due to insufficient staff.. We called City of Angeles and they took us immediately and were exceptionally straightforward, efficient, and kind. We were able to attend to our cat, rather than be distracted by frustration and details. They gave us the time and space we needed to say goodbye. On top of all of that, they charged us only half of what our vet did when we needed to euthanize our elderly dogs recently (it's been a rough month). The staff is professional, kind, and attentive- and the facilities are clean and comforting.

This review is for Culver City Access Specialty Group & Hospital, all part of City of Angels. Our dog Brady had leg surgery by Dr Guiot recently for a torn ACL (equivelant). The care & treatment could not have been better. They are the best of the best from the doctor to the hospital care & even all the administration! Everyone was kind, helpful, friendly, & professional. Top of the Line! Plenty of parking, wheelchare accessible. I feel so blessed to live so close! The Hospital itself is open 24/7 for emergencies. Angels indeed! My 1st born, Topolina, had cancer & our vet sent us there. Her surgery & treatment gave my sweet Bichon Frise years more of healthy living & even re-formed her ear to look like the other!! Do yourself & your babies (rabbits too!) a favor & use City of Angels!!
Very professional, good follow through
we love this place -- they saved our dog's life with extremely challenging surgery and ongoing chemo and related treatments -- she has lived now a happy now almost 6 months post emergency surgery and is loving her walks, meals and treats !!!. The level of care and caring has been remarkable in our experience -- i couldnt recommend it more highly
Great place for speciality care on appointment. Gravely under- and inappropriately-staffed for emergency care. Despite marketing of accessible specialists whenever needed, the lack of a critical and time-sensitive specialist significantly contributed to my pet's death. A second and last visit again understaffed
