Doctor Heather is the most amazing vet; kind, caring, compassionate and very knowledgeable. My 9 yr old Longhair Weimaraner "Dusty" had been seen by 3 other vets for episodes of Pancreatitis and Gastroenteritis. None of the other vets really gave me any advice on caring for him after discharge from the hospital. All they said was that he would keep having these episodes. One visit with Doctor Heather made all the difference in the world in caring for Dusty. She told me to start cooking his meals with real food, no more commercial dog food. She also did acupuncture and checked him out thoroughly. Doctor Heather suggested a Biome test to check Dusty's gut health and a problem was detected. She prescribed the pills he needed to help restore his gut to normal. Ever since our visit to see Doctor Heather, Dusty has been happier and healthier and more playful than he has been in years. It's amazing what a wonderful vet like Doctor Heather was able to do for Dusty when no other vet even took the time to do anything beyond treat him when ill. I am thankful for Doctor Heather and her amazing ability to know what to do to help Dusty have a happy, healthy life.

I am beyond grateful for the healing my fur friend, Lotus, has received from Dr Heather Perkins at Animas Animals. I rescued Lotus back in November of 2023, a 2 year old border collie type. Dr. Heather has treated three of my golden retrievers over the years. She is compassionate, smart and very caring. All my dogs love her! I had a golden retriever with cancer a few years ago and I know she was able to extend his life for almost 2 years by the treatments that she gave him and that meant so much to us to have him around that much longer! Dr Heather is the best! I breed and show my dogs. They are a rare breed and I work hard to keep my older boy in great shape. I could not do it without Dr Heather. Recently he was very sore and he needed to breed a girl who was here from Phoenix. Dr Heather made time for us to come and after her acupuncture and laser he was once again acting like a youngster. 9 puppies born! Also when we had a 7 year old boy that had cancer, she kept him comfortable and was a huge help. Animas Animal is the best!! UPDATE!! My 3 year old girl has snored like a freight train since she was a baby. Her allergies have been awful. We've tried all sorts of western medicine but two days after taking some herbs prescribed by Dr. Heather, she no longer snores and is much happier. Another success story.

My blind, hearing impaired, diabetic, neuropathic 11-year-old Golden has been treated for over 2 years. Dr. Heather is always very empathetic to Sooner. Dr. Heather Perkins is not only wise, dedicated, and real, but also extremely gifted and caring. My 13 year old Pit has osteoarthritis among other things.
