Our new favorite vet! We live about 3 minutes away from Cumulus and could not feel luckier. About 2 months ago I was walking my dog in the neighborhood and we found a stray kitten. The amazing team at Cumulus was able to see us right away and get him on the path to wellness. He is now thriving and living his best life. Dr Choi made homemade treats over the holidays for the fur babies!!! Dr Soto is so gentle and kind. Choose Cumulus!
Very detailed, transparent, and organized clinic. Just moved into the area and was looking to be established at a new vet clinic. David the vet tech and Dr. Soto were very helpful to getting my three Frenchies established at their practice. Discount for first time patients is a plus ! this will be my new go to vet clinic.
Had a fantastic experience at cumulus. They were able to see my dog same day first thing in the morning for a sting I was worried about on his paw. The visit was prompt and reassuring and we left with some medicine and peace of mind! We loved it here so much I am switching all my animals over to cumulus! Highly recommend!
I brought in my cat and my dog. I really liked the service I received. Everything was clean and quick. The explanation I received was very clear. I did not feel pressured to do unecessary tests or exams but the team of vets provided sufficient information for me to take a decision. The estimate bill I received was not excessive. I would come back if needed.
First time trying out Cumulus Animal Hospital and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Dr. Choi is very nice, and our boy Rocco loved her. David the Assistant was so pleasant with our dog and very knowledgeable with everything our pup needed as well as with all his meds for allergies. We got to meet Dr. Soto as well briefly and she was very nice. Rocco was very comfortable here as well as us. The place is very well designed, clean, and every one made us feel like we've been coming for years. The receptionist was very nice as well while checking in and exiting. Thank you for taking care of our boy!
I had such a wonderful experience at Cumulus Animal Hospital. I was having a pet emergency in regards to a stray kitten I found and wanted him to see a vet ASAP. I called 10+ vets in Culver City and no one was willing to see him day of expect Cumulus Animal Hospital! I am so thankful for their willingness to help. The staff and doctors were all incredibly kind and professional. The office itself was clean and very modern! I will most definitely be brining Lego back here in the future. I am also telling everyone I know how great Cumulus Animal Hospital was! Thank you thank you thank you!
The technicians and doctor choi are awesome! The facility is clean, theres parking in whole foods with validation, and they were so kind and patient with my highly anxious nervous rescue pup. We got her some shots and checked up and set for the rest of the year. Thank you! Be back next time~
Dr. Choi has always provided exceptional care for my nervous dog, and I trust her deeply. I followed her from her previous clinic to Cumulus because of her outstanding service. She has been my dog’s vet for close to 4 years now. At Cumulus, my dog and I felt very welcomed. The care provided here is the best I’ve experienced, and it’s clear that Dr. Choi and her staff genuinely care about their patients. ¡La Dra. Choi y su equipo son los mejores! Realmente se preocupan por todos sus pacientes y sus dueños. Siempre puedo concertar una cita y cuidan increíblemente a mis dos perros. Tenemos un perro pastor joven con una posible mutación MDR1, lo que significa que se debe tener especial precaución con ciertos medicamentos, especialmente la prevención de parásitos. El Dr. Soto estuvo informado y fue paciente al responder todas nuestras preguntas. Ella hizo sugerencias, pero no nos impulsó fuertemente ningún producto en particular (lo he experimentado en otras prácticas). Todo lo que puedo decir es que Cumulus Animal Hospital es un maravilloso veterinario de vecindario. Adoptamos a nuestro cachorro 2 semanas antes de que abrieran y trajimos a nuestro pequeño Bowie el día de su inauguración a las 9:00 a. m. (él tiene el título de primer paciente, ¡antes incluso de que tuvieran mesas de examen)! El Dr. Choi y el Dr. Soto son muy cálidos y conocedores y, aunque a Bowie no le gusta el proceso del examen, le encanta que haya delicias caseras (horneadas por el Dr. Choi) para durante el examen y después de terminar. También podemos obtener cualquier medicamento en el sitio e inmediatamente al final de cada visita recibimos por correo electrónico un recibo detallado que enviamos a nuestro seguro para mascotas. Todo el personal es amable y recuerda a nuestro cachorro cada vez que viene e incluso hemos podido rellenar los medicamentos por teléfono para recogerlos más tarde. El único inconveniente es que el estacionamiento está en el estacionamiento de Whole Foods, por lo que tienes que caminar un poco, pero lo validan para que no tenga costo alguno. Honestamente, estoy increíblemente feliz y me siento muy afortunado de que se haya abierto una oficina veterinaria tan excelente en este vecindario.
