Great Vets and great staff at this location!!

Everybody is very welcoming, and they make you feel comfortable. They are really there for our fur babies-all rescue and each one with a personality of their own, we take each one individually to their appointments. They take the time to explain everything and very attentive to our dogs, detailed, and they provided us with options for treatment, reasonable prices. We brought all our dogs to theLA Veterinary center in Jefferson Park because the old vet was not good at all.

I cannot express how grateful I am for this veterinary clinic! I used to go to their Boyle Heights location, where the vets have always been incredibly kind, compassionate, and honest. It’s a place where I felt 100% confident in the care of my dog. However, that location has become very busy, making it harder to get an appointment sooner. The high demand truly speaks volumes about the exceptional quality of care and unwavering integrity this veterinary clinic provides. I initially felt a bit sad about missing earlier appointment slots due to their high demand, so when I discovered they had opened a new location in Jefferson, I was absolutely thrilled! The new, larger clinic offered excellent availability and was able to accommodate me right away, which I truly appreciated. Last week, my dog had a grooming accident and suffered a cut on his skin. I called, and they fit us in immediately that day. Dr. Lopez was our veterinarian, and she was absolutely wonderful—so nice, caring, and thorough. She took the time to explain everything in detail, and nothing felt rushed. I truly felt she was making the best decisions for my dog’s care. I’ve also been cared for by Dr. Cynthia at the Boyle Heights location few years ago, and she was an absolute angel. Her genuine compassion and dedication truly warmed my heart. She went above and beyond, using additional resources like online community of advanced veterinary professionals to help with the diagnosis—something she didn’t have to do but chose to do out of the goodness of her heart given my situation at the time. Her unwavering commitment to my dog’s well-being left a lasting impression on me, even to this day. Because of my positive experiences in the past, I walked into this new location with high expectations, and meeting Dr. Lopez at the new Jefferson location was a reassuring reminder that this clinic would not disappoint. It confirmed that they uphold the same high standards of care and integrity. This clinic is truly a gem, and I feel so fortunate to have discovered their new location that offers the same exceptional care but with greater availability. They’ve given me peace of mind knowing my dog is in the best hands of professionals who genuinely care and keep their services affordable and honest, making it easier for pet owners like me to be able to provide the best for our beloved pets. Just started bringing both of my dogs here. Friendly, professional staff. Place is always clean, plenty of parking. Just got one of my dogs a teeth cleaning here and the price was very affordable compared to our last vet in Santa Monica. We recommend LAVC to all of our friends with pets.

My dog Bunny had spay surgery here. The price was very reasonable compare to other places. People are very nice and surgery process was very smooth. Doctor did great job, the incision site is very smooth and healed very fast without any issues. She was back to normal next day and I put her on anti-licking suits, it worked perfect. The office is very clean and stuff are very pleasant. It's 3 mins drive. from my house, this is my new go to place. Thank you so much for great service. Highly recommended!

The staff is so friendly and professional. This vet location is so nice. I only came to check if a stray cat I caught had a chip, unfortunately the cat didn’t have a chip but nonetheless the staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you.

First rate service at reasonable prices.

We came in recently for dog meds for 4th of July. The exam and meds were both affordable out of pocket and we were seen quickly. Dr. Lopez was very friendly and helpful.
