I will not be going back. I had already seen a vet for my dog’s ear infection but since had just moved here for school, I went here because her ear infection seemed to be getting worse and thought she needed a stronger medication or something. $423 due on the way out. Yes, they had a knowledgeable vet and offered me a bottle of water since they were running 20 min behind- I’ll give them that. Worst part was that the vet told me that the vet tech would come in and do the first ear cleaning so I would know what to do when I had to do it again later. However, when the vet tech came back in (I’m not sure if they didn’t communicate in the back) she looked at me confused and was like “if you want me to help you with that, you’ll have to go out and pay first and then we’d have to come back in here” like she was afraid I wasn’t going to pay or something? Idk but I was insulted and didn’t have time for the games. I was pretty disappointed. Basically $90 just to be seen. I understand it is a business but that is an insane amount of money. When there are so many animals that need homes, these are the places that discourage the average person from taking in an animal.
Christina, Dan, and Dr Cool are incredible and helped me with everything for my 3 fur babies. 10/10 service answered all my questions and were very patient with my little minions. Will definitely make this my go to vet clinic for my babies.
Thrive is a clinic to take your pet to. They are professional, very patient, and give you options. Dr. Grilley is so kind and explains with patience what she exams and what could be done based on her findings and based on the information provided by pet owner. I highly recommend Thrive for pet owners.
The doctor was very thorough however I felt his recommendations were overly cautious. Which can be good or bad. I let them know my budget limits. Testing & full X-rays requested we’re going to be just under $800. Due to my own budget constraints 1 X-ray was completed & from that 2 doctors at the practice advised surgery, cost $2600-3000. When it was out of my budget I was met with an economic euthanasia suggestion. So I had to find financing of $3000 for a surgery my dog needed to save her life. When I showed up with the money and on the morning of surgery they used $1400 of it to complete the tests they couldn’t before. She had kennel cough. Just needed antibiotics… Staff was friendly and overall clean facility.
My cat was in a dire condition, but they knew what they were doing, and got him fixed up. Thrive Pet Healthcare is now the way for me to go!
Gina and Dr. Lopez were fabulous and I appreciated that they explained why and what the costs were beforehand. And they dealt with 'our' little problem effectively. They warned me about a grumpy cat, but she wasn't and there have been no problems, although I would not hesitate to return if there were. I also appreciated an antibiotic shot rather than trying to pill a cat, which has never been a good experience for me.
Just transferred to this location because my previous clinic never had any appointments. The staff are wonderful, and they do their best to get you in besides having multiple appointments available within a timely manner.
Dr. Grilley and the entire staff have provided excellent care to our fur babies. Dr. Grilley is thorough and discusses all options with us. She personally calls to inform us of lab results and to find out if we have any questions. I’ve never had this type of service at a veterinary clinic. So glad we found them!

Comenzaré diciendo que esto sucedió el año pasado, pero aun así me siento obligado a advertir a la comunidad sobre este lugar. Llevé a mi pug porque me di cuenta de que algo andaba mal con él. Después de la visita volví a llamar para pedir los resultados de laboratorio de su análisis de sangre. La recepcionista en ese momento me dio información inexacta y me dijo que mi bebé peludo estaba bien y que estaba un poco anémico. bueno, esa misma noche ya no podía caminar y lo llevé rápidamente a un hospital de emergencia donde pasaría las siguientes dos semanas luchando por su vida porque en realidad es diabético, no anémico y me dieron resultados de laboratorio EQUIVOCADOS, este error fue casi un error. uno fatal. Permítanme mencionar también que cuesta un auto pequeño salvar a mi bebé. Tuve que gastar más de 15 mil dólares. Desearía estar delirando pero no lo estoy. Absolutamente no recomendaría a nadie que elija este establecimiento para cuidar a sus bebés. Si le fallaron a mi bebé, el tuyo podría ser el siguiente, así que sé prudente al decidir en quién confiar. nota al margen cada vez que hablé con el veterinario en este lugar sobre el error, ella me reembolsó el análisis de sangre que hicieron (como debían) y trató de darme alguna excusa de tontería acerca de que tenía personal de servicio arreglando cosas en su casa y tuvo que dejar el oficina y por eso me dieron resultados incorrectos. Lo cual está bien si eso es realmente cierto, pero creo que es Bolonia y, de hecho, cuanto más pienso en ello mientras escribo esto, creo que puedo seguir adelante y emprender acciones legales. ¡Les digo a todos que NO CONFÍEN EN ESTE LUGAR, MATARÁN A SUS MASCOTAS!
Los veterinarios están muy bien informados y son muy útiles en todo lo que pueden. ¡Realmente disfruto llevar a mis 4 perros aquí porque sé que siempre están en buenas manos!

¡Impresionante! Desde los técnicos hasta el veterinario, todos fueron amables y serviciales. Mis mascotas no podrían pedir una mejor atención, incluso en manos de extraños, pudieron sentirse cómodas, sin lágrimas de mi gato o mi perro, ¡traerán a todas mis mascotas aquí en el futuro inmediato!
Mi esposo trajo nuestra mezcla de beagle para una cita de seguimiento programada previamente. Estuvo en una sala de examen esperando durante una hora. Ningún personal veterinario explicó el retraso ni revisó a nuestro perro. Finalmente tuvo que irse sin ser visto. Tuvo que volver a trabajar. No estoy seguro de si esta clínica se da cuenta de que los dueños de mascotas tienen que ausentarse del trabajo para visitarlas durante períodos de tiempo limitados. Muy decepcionado.
Excelente experiencia y un gran personal. Sin duda volveremos. ¡El Dr. Grilley es increíble!
